EDT Lesson Programs
The Essential Driver Training Program consists of 12 mandatory 1 hour lessons with a set syllabus and learning goals for each lesson.
While it is possible to pass your test with just these 12 lessons, a lot of practice is required between the lessons to achieve proficiency in the necessary skills.
As not all learner permit holders have their own car or may not have the required sponsor to sign their logbook, Top Gear School of Motoring offers two options to help you to complete the EDT successfully:
- Module 1 – 12 ( EDT ) Package (Own Car and Sponsor)
1 hour lesson - €40
12 x 1 hour lessons - €390 (payment options: - €195 before lesson 1 + €195 before lesson 7)
- EDT Sponsor Package (Don't own a car or no Sponsor available)
A sponsor may not be available in many cases so we have come up with the solution for you.
We can provide the practice time that this new training module is based on, thus ensuring that you get the best preparation for each stage and reassurance of professional supervision at all times.
Even if a Sponsor is available, they may not feel comfortable dealing with the stressful moments of a learner driver’s training, without a dual controlled vehicle, and also the high costs of insuring the learner driver for the purpose of practicing.
